For demonstrating collagen fibers and elastic fibers in one section.

SPECIMEN REQUIRED:

Tissue preserved in 10% neutral buffered formalin or embeddedin paraffin. Include 1 H & E slide.Note:    1. A pathology report and a brief history are required             for processing.                  2. Please complete a "Pathology/Cytology In Situ Request Form"                   (Supply T246) or a "MayoConnect Additional Test Information"                   form (Supply T357) and forward it with the specimen. These forms                   are available upon request. Requisitions for this procedure                   cannot be processed unless the information requested is                   supplied.
